  • Multiple registration algorithms to ensure the accuracy of target contouring, auto-contouring, dose deformation and summation
  • The CT to CT algorithm is a highly-optimized derivative of optic flow. For you, this means:
    • Biologically plausible deformations
    • Robustness to patient anatomy variation
    • Robustness to image artefacts (e.g. metal artefacts)
  • The multi-modal algorithms are based on optimized mutual information-based similarity functions and are fine-tuned to each modality combination, including cone beam CTs. For you, this produces results with:

Assessing dose plans across time-points for adaptive therapy or re-treatment planning requires a registration algorithm that offers anatomically plausible deformations in low contrast regions
