Nuclear Medicine software available on Mirada Medical’s XD Platform

Mirada Medical, an internationally recognized advanced medical imaging software company, announces the launch of XD Nuclear Medicine, at the 2015 Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) Annual Meeting in Chicago, Illinois, November 29 - December 4, 2015.

As Nuclear Medicine departments increasingly look to integrate advanced reading applications and enterprise IT solutions, along with the ability to read from any machine at any location, Mirada allows Nuclear Medicine workflows to be accessible from anywhere.  Users can tailor their workflows according to their preferences and protocols, and results can be accessed in a single click.

XD Nuclear Medicine will form a key component of Mirada Medical’s XDTM portfolio, an advanced, vendor-neutral Molecular Imaging package for PET/CT, PET/MR, Nuclear Medicine and collaboration.

“Our customers and PACS partners have asked us to provide a NM reading solution that combines Mirada’s advanced imaging capabilities with simple and seamless workflow, PACS and Enterprise integration. I am delighted that we have responded to their demand with this exciting new addition to the XD product range,” says Hugh Bettesworth, CEO at Mirada Medical, Oxford.

Mirada’s integrated applications mean users no longer need to compromise between functionality, efficiency and access.  Flexible display protocols and vendor neutral workflows allow quick and easy reading of images, while quantitative results for assessing disease progression and therapy response can be saved for editing and review.  Mirada deployment options include PACS integration, standalone workstations, floating licenses and thin client solutions.

XD Nuclear Medicine is available for demonstration, along with all of Mirada’s industry-leading software, in Mirada Medical’s booth #6520 at the RSNA Annual Meeting.
